An order is dispatched after approval of the payment and delivery details. The shipping costs are debited according to an automatic calculation on the checkout page after entering the delivery address and before the first step of the payment process.

Please note that courier services could require a signature in order to receive the goods. All products must be signed for on delivery by a person over the age of 18 years. In the event that nobody is authorised to receive the goods, you are kindly requested to contact our courier service to fix an alternative delivery date or collection address.

Upon receipt of the goods, you are requested to verify that you have received all of your purchase in good condition. In the event of discrepancies or defects, please follow the instructions for the returns procedure.

For goods being sent to the countries listed in the “Shipping costs” section, DHL, GLS, SDA, TNT, UPS services are used and the shipment will take place within 4 working days from the order leaving the stores. Once the order has been sent, it is possible to track it by going to the Personal Area and clicking on “Orders”.

Shipping costs can be consulted in the list given in the following. Shipping costs are always given in euro and depend on the weight of the packages, not on the number of lengths included in the order.
