You may also authorise, block or delete (in whole or in part) cookies through the specific functions of your browser or through third-party add-ons. However, deactivating the Site's technical cookies may mean that some of the Site's services or functionalities will not be available or may not function properly and you may have to change or enter certain information manually or on each visit.

You can read more about how to set your preferences on the use of cookies via your browser by consulting the following instructions:

Other social media features (e.g., plugins)

The Site also incorporates plugins and/or buttons in order to allow interactions on the following social network platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and WhatsApp. When the user visits a page of the Site that contains a plugin, the browser connects to the servers of the social network from where the plugin is loaded, which server can track the visit to the Site and, where appropriate, associate it with the social network account, in particular if the user is logged in at the time of the visit or has recently browsed one of the websites containing social plugins. If the user does not wish the social network to record data relating to the visit to the Site, he must log out of the social network account and delete the cookies that the social network has installed in the user's browser.

In relation to certain activities, Drapers and the social media platforms may also act as joint data controllers, pursuant to Article 26 of the GDPR, in particular when the Drapers, through a plugin, jointly determines with the social the purposes and means of the processing consisting of the collection and transmission of user data to the social. Drapers, in such cases, adheres to the contractual conditions of the social, which may include joint controllership agreements.

With reference to the processing of personal data carried out by the managers of the social media platforms used by the Site, please refer to the information provided by them through their respective privacy policies indicated below:

Recipients of personal data

For the management of these cookies, Drapers uses InnoCraft (7 Waterloo Quay PO625, 6140 Wellington, New Zealand). New Zealand has an adequacy decision from the European Commission (available here), pursuant to Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Data Transfer

The personal data collected will only be processed within the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or third countries that are found to provide an adequate level of protection within the European Union by means of an Adequacy Decision of the European Commission.

Any transfer of information outside these countries will only take place in relation to anonymized data.

Persistence of cookies on the device

There are different types of cookies which, depending on their characteristics and functions, may persist on your device for different periods of time: so-called session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser, whereas so-called persistent cookies remain on your device for a variable, but pre-determined period of time. The table above shows the duration of each type of cookie we use on our Site.

You may, however, interrupt the persistence period of cookies by deleting them from the cache of your browser.
