In the event that you are not satisfied with your online purchase, the non-used goods may be returned in their original packaging provided the following stipulations are respected. You may also withdraw from the purchase agreement within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the delivery. There is no right to return goods which have been personalised.

All returned goods must be unused, must have the original labels and any other identification tickets and wrappings, and must be in the original packaging. In the event of the returned goods not being in a condition permitting their resale, such returns cannot be accepted by Drapers.

In order to return goods, please:

  1. Contact and send the downloadable returns form here which must be filled in completely. In the event the goods are not in perfect condition or there are discrepancies in the order, please give a description of the problem. Customer Services will email you the returns slip as well as the number of the returns request and the instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Please send the goods to be returned in their original dispatch packaging in order to prevent damage during transport, print off the label which has been emailed to you and attach it to the packaging.
  3. Within 14 calendar days from the date of the email with the returns slip, please contact the courier for collection as indicated in the instructions you will receive. 

If your request for returns is accepted, you will receive an email containing the instructions for your reimbursement within 30 days. If your request is not accepted, your Customer Services officer will send you an email explaining the reason for non-acceptance.

The procedure as set out above only applies to products purchased online and not to products bought in stores or other outlets.
